The importance of Human Resource Development for educational extension is increasingly being realized. In the context of latest changes in the development front particularly in the light of the growing emphasis on evergreen revolution, value addition and multiplication to the institution output, Cyber extension, there is a need for fresh look at the HRD scenario and for necessary efforts to build the capacity and capability for HRD in the emerging areas.

These apart, there is a need for a systematic approach to training management starting with need analysis followed by curriculum development and learner centered training methods.

The responsibility of the educational institute to the students is not only to provide proper education but also to enhance their talent. The institution has to  strive hard to develop the all-round personality of the students by providing them opportunities to develop individual skills and such programmes have to be a regular feature of training. It should also arrange seminars & workshops on relevant topics for the benefits of the students. The students have to be vigorously motivated to take part in such programmes.

The HRD Cell of the college was started with these objectives. The programmes include:-

·         Career guidance

·         Personality development courses.

·         Training programs for selected students of senior classes to take up jobs in Industry.

·         Attractive Campus placements
