Department of Training and Placement
Training & Placement Department at HEC aims at not only the placements of its students but also plays an important role in shaping the careers of students from their induction & Orientation, Summer Internships, Mid Terms projects and Industrial Visits. T&P Cell undertake various academic and co-curricular initiatives so that students are well equipped to meet varied industry requirements along with Training of students for improvement technical, soft and communication skills. To carry out this task, HEC has tied up with Purple Leap, Bulls Eye and Careers Launchers. T&P Cell also arrange pre-placement talks of various prospective companies visiting in HEC for recruitments.
Pre-Placement Talks:
PPTs conducted by the companies are an excellent opportunity for students as well as recruiters. It gives students an opportunity to know about prospective employers in detail and gives companies a chance to attract and select talent. It gives a chance to our students and faculty to interact with company executives and get acquainted with the corporate culture in which they are to live in future.
