Haryana Engineering College is having a full time Training & Placement cell headed by Mr. Ajay Sharma (Training & Placement Officer) with 14 years corporate & academic experience  to his credit. Mr. Ajay Sharma obtained his MBA degree from Nagpur University in 1996. He is pursuing his Ph.D in the area of Human Resource Management with VBS Purvanchal University, Jaunpur (U.P) on the topic Performance Appraisal System in Indian Industries: A study on Large Scale Industrial units in Yamuna Nagar District. He has worked with corporate sector for a number of years and thus has a rich practical experience as well.

The Department is committed to an ideal placement and best training programme for the students. To meet this end the department arranges Industrial visits, Pre-placement Talks, Project-Training and PDP Classes on regular basis. The objective of the department is to offer current career counseling, and to serve as a vital link between the aspiring engineering graduates and the leading companies.

PRACTICAL TRAINING

As per the university curriculum, the students have to undergo Practical  Training during summer vacation after 4th and 6th semesters . Students are placed for practical training with various industries/companies corresponding  to the area of interest & specialization  of the students.

      Campus placements are  a regular feature.
